Sabbatani

The stand experience that brings the brand to life.

Not just a product on display, but a brand philosophy brought to life.
Sabbatani, an Italian company specializing in egg production, wanted a booth that could speak for itself. The installation was designed to immerse visitors, even before a single word was spoken, in everything the Sabbatani egg represents: authenticity, quality, and flavor.

That’s why, for Fieravicola 2025, we created an experiential space where every element, material, visual, and sensory, became part of a cohesive narrative built around the egg, the symbol and centerpiece of the entire installation.

Design that speaks for itself

At the heart of the booth stood a large, three-dimensional egg-shaped structure, made from natural materials and placed at the center of the main wall. This striking scenic element captured attention instantly and served as a unifying symbol for industry professionals, a totem conveying the brand’s essential message: the Sabbatani product. Surrounding it, a white and yellow floor visually echoed the inside of an egg, while the seating followed the same visual language: white, with yolk-yellow cushions. The result? An immersive booth that made a statement from the very first glance.

From product image to product experience

However, the experience went beyond the visual. During the fair, visitors were welcomed with egg-based dishes, freshly prepared and served right inside the booth. It created a direct link between what visitors saw and what they tasted, designed to elevate both the product and the brand through a fully multisensory experience.

A taste of the supply chain, at the table

At the center of each table, the placemats became storytelling tools, designed to complete the narrative. They featured a real map of the Sabbatani philosophy “in just 1 kilometer,” highlighting supply chain data, sustainability efforts, certifications, and animal welfare.
“Un mondo di buone scelte” – a world of good choices, just like the brand’s claim, was conveyed in a simple, immediate way, while visitors enjoyed the very result of those same choices.

The egg at the center of it all

The project successfully met an ambitious challenge: transforming an exhibition space into an experience. Menabò oversaw every phase of the process, from creative concept to 3D rendering to production coordination.
